What is ADR? 

ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) is a means for consumers and traders to settle disputes out-of-court using an independent third party (ADR Group).


Who can use ADR?

Consumers who have bought goods or services from a trader and who have exhausted the trader’s complaints procedure and remain dissatisfied with the outcome. 


Does the Trader Need to be Registered with ADR Group?

Yes, ADR Group only accept applications from consumers with disputes against traders that are registered with the ADR Group.  A full list of registered traders is available here.


How do I apply?

To register a complaint with the ADR Group, please complete an application form (available here).  You can submit your application in the following ways:
