ADR Rules

 

These ADR Rules for Arbitration and Mediation are designed to comply with the UK Consumer Protection regulations 2015 No 542 “The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015” and the UK Consumer Protection regulations 2015 No 1392 “The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Amendment) Regulations 2015”

 

 

Dispute resolution systems within ADR Group’s Consumer ADR Programme:

 

  • Documents-only Arbitration

 

  • Online Mediation 

 

Consumers and Traders will be offered the two alternatives.  Upon selection by agreement, the applicable rules for that particular process will be followed.

Annual Report

ADR Group publishes and makes available its Annual Activity Reports as required by the Gambling Commission and The Chartered Trading Standards Institute.
