ADR Group offer mediation under The Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Amendment) Regulations 2015. Where a dispute has arisen in relation to the sale of goods or services by traders to consumers.
ADR Group can only assist if you have exhausted the traders complaints procedure and the trader is registered to our scheme.
How does it work?
- Before registering a complaint, please check the trader is registered to our scheme and ensure you have completed the traders internal complaints procedure.
- To register your complaint, please complete an application form below.
- Once we have received your application form, we will liaise with the trader to seek agreement that they will proceed with mediation for your case.
- Once we have a response from the trader we will contact you confirming whether mediation has been agreed and provide you with further details.
